Create a large core of youth leaders between 10 – 24 years old who are united in their vision and determined to bring about change

Increase the awareness of the issues facing Jamaican youth throughout the region and internationally

Implement strategies to reduce the level of crime and violence and advocate for necessary laws that will increase youth protection

Facilitate exchange between the youth and adult leaders with the aim of equipping young leaders with leadership skills and implement programmes in their various institutions to exercise these learnt skills.

Provide opportunities for self esteem building, self-awareness and mentorship to help youngsters make smarter choices

Our newly formed board is made of seven young dedicated leaders, namely:
